I chose this hotel for attending a symposium and found their 24-hour front desk, shared lounge, and business center to be quite convenient. The staff was helpful and the facilities well-maintained, providing a comfortable space for work and relaxation.

One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting room where I could have conducted professional meetings and discussions.

The neighborhood where the hotel is located is fantastic, with plenty of lovely restaurants just a short walk away. You can easily explore the area and find a variety of delicious dining options. the room itself was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring.

We had to use the same towels for four nights, which was not ideal.

The apartment was absolutely fantastic, spotlessly clean, and had an incredible location. The AC worked like a charm, especially during the scorching heat wave that hit the city. Although there was no safe in the room, the building felt extremely secure. The pool area was lovely, but don't forget to bring your own towels. The location was great, close to Plaza Italia and Palermo, offering easy access to the best of the city. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, and the room was spacious, complete with a kitchenette. They even had washing machines and dryers available for guest use. The gym, although small, did the job. Plus, there were plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, including an amazing steak place next door. Highly recommended!

The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, especially during the heatwave in Buenos Aires. The building also felt very secure. we enjoyed our time at the hotel.

During my recent travel to Buenos Aires, I had the opportunity to stay at Ayres Apartments Palermo. Although I stayed there only for transit, I found the location of the hotel to be incredibly convenient. It is situated just a 5-minute walk from Plaza Italia, which made it easy for me to explore the city and access various modes of transportation. Ayres Apartments Palermo is located at a distance of 4.1 km from Once, which made it convenient for me to reach the train station for further travels. the hotel is 10 km away from Jorge Newbery airport, providing easy access to catch my flight.

The first room that was assigned to me had an unpleasant smell of chemicals, possibly due to recent treatment against pests.

We had a fantastic stay at Ayres Apartments Palermo. the staff were incredibly helpful and the room was spacious, complete with a kitchenette. It was so convenient to have access to washing machines and dryers. the location was perfect, as it was close to the metro and there were many bars and restaurants nearby. We especially loved the steak place next door, it was absolutely fabulous. We highly recommend this property!
